At Shores House, you are naturally welcome to bring your own wine. But you will also find a very select list of wines, all available for you to try. We have chosen each wine with great care, with the emphasis on the vintage as much as the wine itself. We believe that all too often, wines are offered that are far too young. The really great vintages produce wine that will spend years maturing and coming to fruition. Quite simply, we wanted to offer the opportunity for you to try and compare these older and more complex wines: an opportunity that all to rarely presents itself.

All of the principal wine-producing regions of the world are represented together with some very interesting dessert wines and a choice of two vintage ports, including one from the greatest vintage of the last half-century. We have applied the same care and attention to our House Wines. They too have been chosen from particularly fine vintages.
