Your next step should be to contact us by phone or e-mail to check whether the time you want is available. We will then hold your booking for 5 working days. This gives you enough time to download the booking form below (printable pdf file) and send it to us together with a cheque for one third of the total sum due. The cheque should be made payable to Robert Bell.

The remaining sum is due eight weeks before your stay and we will send you an invoice nearer the time. You will also be asked for a damage deposit of £1,000. We will meet you when you arrive to answer any questions and show you where everything is (it’s a big house!). We will return your deposit as soon as we have checked the house after your departure.
